I think that's what it was called. Anyway, what kind of scam is this? Have you all seen it on one of your ptc sites? It's truly a scam. They want you to pay $19.95 for this card to use at atms. It says payment accepted by credit card, paypal, money order, etc. This is truly a scam. Why would anyone pay this money for an ATM card? Especailly with their paypal, when you can get a credit or debit card from paypal. This is just truly insane.
