Teen-Agers making money at home

Any ideas on how my teen-aged boys:16,15 and 13 can make money at home on our computer? They all share only one computer and have S-L-O-W dial-up. Perhaps they can make enough extra money to afford fast speed and be on the computer to make more?

Welcome to myLot Tiddledeewinks! Besides having them join myLot, you can check out the site listed in my profile on the left hand side. It's free to join and they can join as teenagers. As for having slow dial-up, have you checked out DSL? It's usually only a few dollars more than dial-up is and it's definitely worth it.

Thanks guys! We'll check this out and my 16 year old can sign up. He already does Squidoo.com which is a little help and they have fun on MySpace, too. Thanks for the tip on DSL.

Ugh! You're right, I totally forgot about that. Thanks for correcting me. At least one of them could join, though.

I would be surprised if there was a much a 13 year old could do legally. I think most sites have a minimum age to join.

Some sites you only need to be 13 years old, but you need parent permission to join. There is no verification to say that your parents gave you permission but its just an honor system I guess. Most under aged kids join without their parents knowing, but oh well.

Well there are a lot of things out there teens can do. You can visit my link to see. A lot of sites state that only one member per household, so they can each pick one to do. Keep me posted and let me know how it goes.

i think that would be kind of hard. most sites wont allow more than one account per ip address.

I have an idea (gaming site that pays you) that would be easy for kids to do. I'd suggest you open the account in your name and then let them play. Its somewhat time consuming and you'll need broadband to make it effective but it should easily pay for the upgrade. Let me know if you're interested, I think with 3 "workers" this site might be perfect for you.

I would be VERY interested in a gaming site as my 13 and 15 year olds are always wanting to know if there is any way to make money gaming! My 16 year old is interested in rock star groups:Poison, Bowie,Bon Jovi,Etc.
