Stupid Hold Musack / myLot

So I was sitting at work on hold to help a customer and the musack was playing. Who came up with that stuff? It's so boring it makes me want to sleep!

Oh I so hate the hold music some companies have but then it is better than the ones that have a little music then the same recording coming across telling you that you are in a cue and will get an operator soon, that is so annoying...
