i have a credit card made in usa and i open my paypal account when i was in japan so i can make my account verified so can i lock my paypal account and open another in usa to make it verified?

I'm not sure about locking the current paypal account. But I think it is possible to open another and make it verified..

As long as you live in the US and have valid information. Not sure about this though.
