bamboo grows in south China where it is warm and moist. And you can also find it in southeast Asia. People there can't live without it, they use it to make bed, chair, basket and even eat bamboo shoot. There are too kinds of spring shoot. spring bamboo shoot is thin and winter bamboo shoot is rather thick.

bamboo is grown mainly in China. It is a very strong plant and it's stems are used to make scaffolding at construction sites.
it is found in forests and thickets. bamboo shoots can be eaten and are a chinese delicacy as well.
any reason why you're asking about bamboo?

I would say China would be the main country that grows bamboo, as this is the main food that the Panda's eat, we have it here in Australia although it is not an natural plant of this country, in fact it is a bit of a nuisance in this country as it grows out of control.
