2 year olds skin condition

About a month ago I recently noticed my 2 year old daughters legs had really bad rash on them.In this last week it has gotten worse. It looks like psorisis, I think. Last night when I put lotion on her she was crying so hard saying it hurt. I've made a doctors appointment, but would like a lil feedback on it if anyone can help. Thank You.

It might be exzema. My daughter has that, and has had it since early childhood. Until you get to the doctor, try lotions that are gentle and hypoallergenic, and have no perfumes in them. Eucerin Calming lotion is really good, but try to avoid any areas that are open or raw looking. If she is itching a lot, give her an OTC antihistime to help.
