Those who are rich and affordable to buy most of the items being used in gym’s to do exercise it is appropriate if they perform exercise according to the rules and regulation. But many many people don’t do this according to the advice given to them.Inspite of taking gym excising machines it is easy and we need not spend much money.
In the above mentioned exercise, walking is the best option. After walking we will feel relaxed and totally fit for the days work. In case if we suffer from diabetics, the sugar calories will be reduced. so taking pills is not necessary and body stays in a stable condition from raising sugar.
Take farmers routine hard work helps him to feel fit and he doesn’t suffer any diseases. They are always very happy. Their hard work in fields sucks all sorts of unwanted things from their body.
Problem with city people is they do white collar jobs sitting in chairs all day and there is no scope of moving the body. Thats why I suggest get up early morning and have a cup of juice or a glass of water ,do walking for at least 45 minute.
One can also do some cycling early in the morning for 30 minutes to 1 hour which is the second best optional exercise to stay fit.
This will help us to be healthy and happy.

I think swimming is the best exercise though because you get to exercise your whole body and plus you don't feel all hot and sweaty doing it yet you're burning a lot of calories (well you only feel the heat when you're out of the water but it's fine) that's why I love swimming. I just don't like tom swim now because I'm ashamed of my figure. It's not exactly something to show off to so i just resort to walking,. Even when I'm studying, I sometimes dance around or walk around the hallway just to get my circulation flowing. Hehe. Shopping is also a great form of walking exercise! Just walk fast though! Haha. And dancing is also great! Really fun and really burns of those calories! =)

Hey thats a very good advice coming from you..!!
What I have experienced is some people don't even have the time to spend some for walk..!! Yes even a walk. And with that last day full of all hectic work, who would even still like to cut some hours of few rest from their schedule!!! I would hate it..!!!
And I do hate it. I don't like getting up one hour early than my usual time.(it isn't that I am very busy person, I am still a graduating student here.)
I always stick to my time of rising up in morning.
And yes..I have found a better substitute for exersice too..
- If you hate to get up early then don't do it!! it will just make you more lathargic.( its better to be a bit late and run out to get in time..belive me it will make you realy active and loose soem wait.)
- for those who don't have a personel vehicals they can try "walking" to the bus stop or metro station.(try including more walking in your routine itself)
Just cut somethings down and fill it with walking, it will even save you some good money.
- when your alone at home play good music and just dance to it, just shake your body there is no hard and fast rule for it..(who knows you can even discover some new moves and shock your friends). YOu are just having your time, you are enjoing it, its freshing up your mood and you are still burning lot of calories..!!!
- if you can do that work while standing then do it like that only.
- try not to use that lift at your work place as much as possible. You can have a race with your friend.. who reaches his cabin first..!!!
The key is just remember to be happy ..!! A happy person never looks fat he just looks happy.

My problem is finding the time to do anything, even walking. I spend my time at home sleeping (between 10 hour shifts) and trying to keep up with housework. On my days off, I'm so busy trying to catch up on all my errands that I don't have time to exercise.

Yes, I really appretiate your suggestion of doing walking at the morning or evening or both for atleast half an hour a day and this is the best and cheapest mode of doing exercise and this exercise can do any body at any age......It makes you more energetic,shining,active24,relaxed,physical fitness, protect you from disease....ant lot....and these days getting fall in disease is common like..obeosity,colestrol level high, high VP,Sugar etc so I will suggest do exercise and stay full and fit...and enjoy your life....

Majority of people are aware of the fact that what you mentioned are best way to keep oneself fit. But the whole trouble is people do not have will power to do it or they are habitually lazy. We glorify saying we do exercises, but exercises not done properly will not yield any result. Like chit-chatting and walking with folded hands will do no good for brisk walking.

I am lucky enough to have an exercise bike and a treadmill in my home and we have an above ground swimming pool that we can use in the summer time. I have a hard time finding time to enjoy all of those things though because I am always working and a wife and a mother with household chores daily to do also.
I am trying my best to make more time for everything though because I really want to lose some weight and become more physically fit.

This is good information. Especially in a time when diet pills are peaking in populatity.
Thank you for pointing this out.
