Dungy is staying!!

There has been a lot of talk about Coach Dungy retiring this year,but I am happy to say that he just held a press conference and said that he is not leaving! He said that his future is with the Colts and that he wants to lead them to another Super Bowl win. He also said that this isn't just a one season event so it looks as though he will sign a new contract next year!
Does this make you happy? It does me! I like Dungy and I think that he has a fabulous testimony and that the players respect him as he does them.

I love Tony Dungy! The Glazers should be stuffed and mounted for firing him from my team and sending him off to other teams. The Buccaneers team we took to the Super Bowl was the team that Dungy built before getting fired. After the Super Bowl, Gruden torn down the team and started over and we haven't made it past the playoffs since. I have been a big fan of the Colts ever since Dungy moved there. It's wonderful to hear that he's staying because you don't want to fix anything that ISN'T broken. That team was obviously made for Coach Dungy!

I agree! I am reading his book right now and he has had several struggles in the past but has learned how to get past them with dignity. He is such a well rounded person and his faith and family are his top priority and that shows in him daily. I am thankful that he is staying and I think that the Colts will make another Super Bowl appearance with him!
