She wants to resign but then she is very much compensated... She told me that what will you do with the money if your not happy... Can you help her decide...

it's always a hard choice when there's so much money involved but i believe your friend is right. she can still earn that much money elsewhere, especially if she's really good in her job. money isn't everything. happiness is.

That is a touch choice to make, but if the job is too much pressure for her and she hates being there, I think she should find a job she likes better. That way she is more motivated to get up each mornin', travel to work and actually work. Only my opinion.

hmmm that is a hard choice to make , things have to be considered, like how easy is it to get another job, one has to think of security, if getting another job is not a problem then i would say she should get out, life is way too short to have to work so long in a job that you are not happy in. If one has to work happiness must be a priority but sometimes we can't afford to leave a job because of conflict and that is sad...

I think in this situation your friend really need to ask herself why she is scared because of the boss and also before you think of resigning she needs to ask if she is ready for the challenges of being unemployed, its really challenging, also she needs to know that getting a rewarding job like the one she has now is not an automatic ticket but i once resigned my appointment withy a company because it did not give me fulfillment but it was touigh and after about 2 years i was able to get a hold of things if she is willing to stay like that then she can resigh\n but i will advise she stay and deal with the situation if she must move up it could be a test of her ability to move up in her career
