What is your career stratege or plan?

I am seeking for a new job now and got an interview by phone today. Things seem smooth at the outset. When we finished my formal work experience introduction, I felt a loss of words and had no idea to answer the question when he asked me what my career stratege or plan was. I am a very stable person and don't like to change my company frequently. I haven't much ambition. What I need is a good job with enough money for my life. I wonder if a good candidate must make out a wonderful career plan or stratege. And would you share your career plan here?
