Would you travel to another country (like Thailand, Singapore or India) to receive major medical treatment, cosmetic surgery or dental treatments?

I have not thought of having a cosmetic surgery. When it comes to dental treatments, I believe we have competent dentists here. I would only consider traveling to other countries for major medical treatment if it's not available here.
