Internet is a useful technology all over the world. It is in use of the people who are related with the computer literacy. They do not consider that they are wasting their time or money. You have two options to use some thing. Positive and negative. It you have no aim or plan to go on line you will automatically spend your time there with out going some where. You will come back after wondering and wasting your time. You should organize yourself first. You should decide that what is there purpose of your going to on line, after then you should go and get the thing you need to get that. I think I am gaining and not losing.

Actually this is a good question. While I have gained a lot of things from the internet, I think I have lost out on some oppurtunities as well. If I didn't spend more time on the internet I know I would be out and about more. I'd probably be more involved in social activities, and I'd probably find some new hobbies. Not to mention finish that college correspondence course I'm taking, lol.

well, I think we all loose time when surfing the net, but I don't take it as a loss, on the contrary - I gain so much information, and my job is also related to the internet, so I think I don't loose money on it - I gain them. The amount of information I have at my disposal is much more comparing to the one I can find in a library - and the time to find it doesn't even compare. So I do not agree that it is a loss to surf the internet.
