if you have already a file. It must be html extension, and to be able to upload you need web hosting that is offering for free. Like Freeweb, netfirms, lycos, other sites offer free sites. You can upload it if they allow FTP using a direct connection between your computer and their computer. Other have it in their website that you can post them over their computer using Explorer or the browsers
