I'm Looking for a good yoga video - Do you know any?

I'm looking for a good yoga video. I'm young and athletic, but I am still a beginner at yoga. I've had a hard time finding a program that is challenging and interesting, yet still explains the moves etc. Does anyone have any ideas? Cheers Hillarie

check out your TV schedual. I have been able to find some different yoga clubs that have a yoga class on TV. Usually its just one day a week but its well worth while Check out www.downwarddog.ca That yoga studio is in Toronto Canada.
