Hi mag_keizer2007, people here in my place believe that to take mutton regularly could improve our tolerance of coldness. I still remember when I visited the snake farm in Thailand many years ago. I learnt that there was soup prepared from some Chinese herbs and snake flesh could work very well for this purpose.

e1 i have very low cold tolerance...so to ensure warmth i have more of hot foodstuffs...cooked fresh...and go for more warmer clothes than the casual ones...I tend to drink some hot water for few times in a day to provide enough warmness to the body....

Other then wear warmer clothes, i'd say get your iron checked, low iron can cause you to be cold often. I am the same way, but no one can tell me why. I tend to wear layers of clothing, since i live in canada, That way if i'm warm i can peel some layers off, and if i'm cold i can put them back on ;)
Since being pregnant though i am always hot, your body has a lot more blood in it when your pregnant maybe that has something to do with it i'm not sure.
Good luck staying warm ;)

Have your doctor check your thyroid level. It is a simple blood test.
