Maybe you will grow without hormones - you are still young and at least for men there is a possibility to grow around the age of 20..

Hello, taminder! you have not mentioned your age it would not be possible to suggest any exercise for increasing height.however,i must say that there is no magic nutrient that infuence the height of young people.however,a diet with sufficient calories and the right mix of nutrients in general is what helps people grow as tall as possible.but diet by itself is not responsible for whether people reach their genetic potential for height.environmental factors such as good housing, medical cares and sanitation facilities are also key.however jogging for 15 minutes daily in the morning may help you to increase your height to some extent.thank you.all the best.

hello, taminder!you are only a kid of yesterday.why do you worry for your height right now.our growth process continue up to the age of 25 and then it ceases.a diet with sufficient calories and some nutritional foods will help increase your height to 6ft plus.all the best.

My friend told me that he was taking up some growth hormone shots. And it worked for him. Well, it depends on your metabolism and age really. Those shots are really expensive as I see them.
