Well, what I see in the market that it demands more mba because it is being extended as new investors coming into the market. Many organization has divided their enterprise into various department and catheterized them. To run these departments they need more managers.
I hope U understand me

hi guys,
i am also doing mba from a business school. just completing the course doesn't mean that you have secured your future. once you come out of the college, you will get placed and then? you can not sit back and relax. target achievements, presentations, work pressures... all these will keep you busy once and for all.
another big blow waiting for you will be the competition from your subordinates. YES I MEAN IT. You can no longer be the boss of a subordinate who outperforms you every time.
so, the only possibility will be shifting your job or resigning... and the story continues...
so, well, i think your doubts are clarified...

It's a pertinent question. The fact, however, is that there's no scarcity of jobs right now. And more and more people seem to be needing managerial candidates for their posts. So mba is like a hotcake when it comes to career options. Also mba from just any abc college doesn't help. You get a degree from a good B-School and you definitely end up being a successful person in life. So, MBA is a secure option if you ask me.
