How was your Blue Monday...Need a Hug?

Well yesterday was supposed to be the most depressing day of the year January 21st. Hence the name Blue Monday and to counteract the effects of that, someone came up with World Hug Day. I'd never heard of that one. Anyone else heard of that? I did know the January 21st was said to be the most depressing day. Well who came up with that? Regardless of not recalling it was the most depressing day, I did have a difficult day due to fighting systemic B.S. and fears of financial insecurity. So I did the best thing I could by empowering myself which was helpful as a hug, if not better. And I reminded myself that the power within me is far greater than any fear before me. But I certainly could have used a hug anyway. Good thing my dog gives hugs. That said I am sending you all a cyber hug... (((((((you all))))))Namaste
