I have recently canceled my web hosting because I wasn't happy with the service. Can anyone tell me of a decent, user friendly free web hosting site?

Yes. I find this romanian Hosting solution. They give you 1 gb of hosting, email, ftp, unlimited traffic etc. all you want. All you have to do is to register.
