homemaker duties.... help!

I have an assignment for class and I'm stumped. I have to come up with 10 legal questions to ask someone interviewing for a homemaker position. I also have to come up with a training plan and a way to test this training plan. I'm just looking for ideas that may spark something. I do have a few questions already, but I can't copy and paste yet so I won't put them up. Any help would be great
