To stay beautiful, one must have 8 hours of sleep.
Water is also essential so do not deprive yourself of water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Juice, coffee, tea and the like are NOT substitutes for water.
Exercise is another factor that we have to consider. We should exercise to stay fit.
Most of all, a happy disposition makes one beautiful so NEVER let negative thoughts get in the way. Always remember to smile because life is beautiful and so are you!
