help!!!! how to upgrade psp?

hi! can u help me. i'm trying to upgrade my psp version 3.03 to 3.7. the problem is i have no idea how to do it. pleasew help. and if you know some sites where i can download iso games and other applications. please help. thanks

You just have to have a wireless conection and do the network update. Simple

Ok First of u need to download the data if u have PSP-1003 U need to go to uk.playstation.com There is info on that site If u need help Dont hesitate to ask me Even of silliest question cuz If u have a UK PSP and u Upgrade it with a US upgrade Data and Vice-a-versa U may BRICK ur PSP
