When I was young and my mom was still alive, she would always tell us to sit up or stand up straight, stomach in and chest out. I don't know the after effect during that time, all I was told was to prevent from getting lump on my back. Lately, I found out that I got the hang of the "stomach in" and "chest out" posture. although whenever I enjoyed eating..my stomach...well, you know what happens. :)
Any recommendations on how to get flat abs without the stress of doing situps or crunches? I mean through lifestyle.. although I don't really want to be thin. I just don't want these belly anymore!
I used to drink beer around 250ml, I changed to wine or gin(3 shots and I am done). I also smoke occassionaly (1-3 sticks a day), I already cut out on fatty foods. I still want to be able to wear my jeans. :) help?

Exercise is the only way, but you could do Pilates or Yoga, because almost every exercise starts with your abs.
Also when you see a six pack, they do not have much body fat. If you look at a lot of the stars of 300, they were very fit for that film, but many of them had six packs.
I think you have to do over 1000 sit ups or crunches to get and keep a six pack.

yeah, I was actually thinking that those abs were just makeups or whatever it is..it's not real. But again, I sometimes watch body building competitions, trying to inspire myself to get nice abs but I also am not into packs, as long as I don't have this "belly", I think, I can be happy. :)

I think there no other easy way to keep your abs flat than doing some excercise. True crunches and sit up are the most effective way to maintain flat abs. I don't believed in taking something, such as pills, tea to get flat abs. Change your point of view that is the best way to keep your abs flat is do some excercise nothing else....
