I like healthy. Not too big or small. I have seen thin people look sick, and being too fat has health issues all on its own.
Healthy is the way to go. All people are shaped different, not everyone is going to be fat or thin. Bone structure and muscle tissue make up for a lot. Genetics make up for the rest. If you eat a healthy diet and get enough exercise, you will end up being the size that is healthy for you.

I think so. I am 43 years old, very active and I have only been to the doctor maybe twice in the last 5 years or so. That was for a cold, and once I pulled a muscle in my back. I am not skinny by no means, but I am not fat either. I am happy with how I look, and I think that is more important than what other people may think.

I'm not much with thin and sexy, I always prefer women which are healthy. Healthy in a way that they don't have extra lumps nor were they thin and almost pale-looking, I like some which I consider as "cuddly."
I think that's my own version of sexy, a little bit of fat and healthy all rolled into one..

I like people who are a medium weight. Not too fat or thin. I believe that fat becomes a problem when it threatens your health and you can not do basic activities.

Thin or fat is not the only question. Your health is what is important. How do you feel? Is your body functioning properly? Is your hair shiny and your skin healthy looking. Can you bend and stretch without getting out of breath? What does your doctor say? Is your blood pressure and choleserol normal?
These are the questions you should be asking no matter what age you are. It is not just what the mirror and scales say that matters.

I think to big is when it gets in the way of your life and maybe when you have to order a special size .
I suppose i think 300 is getting up there . but if a person can feel good in their own skin then that is cool . I know that i never wanna be thin . i LIKE MY CURVES AND BUG BUM !! well maybe after i lose 50 lbs but that is another story
