loss weight

I am only 19.although I am not that big enough who needs to loss weight,still I want to... not because I'm self conscious but because of my asthmatic weakness.Even I am in medium size,I fell difficulties to breath every time that I am doing some things that makes me tired even tough it is only a small things which lead me to suffer this asthmatic weakness. I don't also fanned of using those medicines to loss weight because it is not advisable for my health. I will appreciate much for those who can give me an advice about this problem.... Looking forward for your positive response!!!!

First of all you're not overweight or considered obese. The best advice I can give you is go consult with a doctor about your problem. Having asthamatic problems and difficulty breathing - that don't sound like you have a weight problem, but maybe some serious conditions going on with your body. You're going to need the right help, advice and see what kind of medications and what kind of foods to eat. I strongly advice you to cut down on high salty foods, high sugar foods and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Cut down on the rice too and try a cup of rice three times a day. Eat plenty of "gulay" stay away from the fried foods - eat your fish steamed as well with chicken. This hopefully can help you - if not, I suggest you consult with a doctor and get the proper treatment you need.

You can do one thing.Drink at every morning, one cup warm water with 04 drops lemon juce.

I am just not sure about what is appropriate for you since your asthmatic. I think there are some exercises that are not appropriate with you. I gues you have to consult your doctor what is best suited for your condition.
