PayPal Issue with Pay to Click Sites

Lately, PayPal had chosen to hold the accounts of a number of Pay to Click sites. What do you think of this move and how are you affected?
Fortunately, some sites aren't involved and weren't given the same treatment, like wordlinx, which is one of the best and trustworthy sites with a solid foundation I have joined and supported in my blogs (see my profile).
Other newer sites with loyal members are looking for alternatives to PayPal, but which are the best for international users?

That move that PayPal did was one of the worst strategies they could ever make. I'm certainly against what they did, and so are a lot of people whom I know, and in many forums I have heard about an AntiPayPal movement, and if that comes true PayPal will be history.
I've heard that MoneyBookers is the best option at the moment, followed by E-gold.
