Are you Anxious or Fearful?

Do you ever find yourself getting anxious? Do you know how to cope?
Sometimes, I find myself becoming very anxious of fearful. Generally, it can be caused by negative self-dialogue that arised from some experience that you sub consciously remember, causing your thoughts to change. Basically saying that in order to relax, and get rid of anxiety is to work to have a mental readjustment.
What do you do?

Hi Todd,
I read self help and spiritual books. I look for inspirational sites on the internet. I pray. I meditate. I take a break. I give myself a break! And stop beating up on myself :)
I remind myself that this is only one moment and the next may be different, or even tomorrow. I remind myself that some moments seem long, but life seems short. Snap your fingers and 10 years have gone by. Don't waste them being anxious. God loves you.
