Be it any bussiness, you have to cheat to become successful! What do you say?

Hi, i am an aspiring entrepreneur and as i am progressing towards my goal of having a start up, i ahve people in my family and friends betting that no matter how ethical one tries to be, you end up cheating people when you do a business!!! Does anybody have any experience to which you can relate so as to prove this statement wrong? Or is it an inevitable truth and that i'll have to live with!!!

Cheating will always lead to sorrow and curse! You will not enjoy what you get through cheating.
You might get what you want through cheating, but you will never enjoy it in the long-term. And when you're found out, the pain and the embarrassment will be too much to bear.
It pays to be honest, my friend!

Hey danzer, you are absolutely correct there. But my issue was, rather my question was, do you have any example or any experience to relate to, to prove this false. I would love to hear about such experiences. That will be morally boosting for me

I have an acquaintance before who's in a referral business. He cheats his clients by showing big money as possible earnings in just a month. When these unsuspecting clients paid the membership, he will hide himself with the money somewhere and start his cheating again.
Now, he's in jail for various offense!
