What's up with PayPal and those PTC sites

This post goes to PTC sites members and owners out there. I have been getting lots of news about PayPal limiting accounts or even closing accounts of some PTC sites out there. There are even cases where members have lost money that they have spent in upgrading their membership.
I was about to be active again on PTC sites but with this latest development, I am going to hold everything back until things have been resolved.
Is there anybody who knows or have any idea what is going on out there. Any information relevant to this issue would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

PAYPAL is a joke. There are other better sites to use to pay your members where they wont take away your account and your money. Paypal is stupid and if everyone would stop using them and find something else then paypal will have to close its doors and maybe someone worth a crap can come and get it back.

There is nothing wrong with paypal. It's the scamming admins who did not read the TOS of Paypal. Paypal's terms states one tier ( level )
Also, there is a max limit of sending money till an account has been fully verified and length of time in service.
Remember people called Scampay - Stormpay and scamclix -Clixsense ?
Paypal going to protect it's members from scamming ventures.
You don't have to worry about

all you have to do is sign up with alert pay or moneybookers. I don't see many sites paying by paypal anymore. I think it's too bad because mylot pays by paypal and I don't have anything else but paypal to receive payment right now. I just joined a lot of sites I will wait until I reach min payout then sign up for alertpay before requesting payment.

I don't know about paypal -- why is it stupid? I've used it a long time, and recently I have been less happy with it, but not to the point everyone here seems to be? What's up?
As far as limiting accounts -- in general, a limited account means there is some concern about fraud, mishandling of money or something like that.
