Obviously you already know the answer to your question. Yes she is a scammer of the worst kind. Please refrain from sending emails to her and do not expose yourself to such a scam. I get those emails a lot too. Here is how I handle it: I automatically report the emails as spam so that next time they go in junk folder instead of my inbox.

Are you a double talker or do you earn extra this way? The only bad question is the one you didn't ask.

I receive lots of these emails everyday and I personally report them as spam and ignore. I would be very wary 1. Identity theft as they are asking for so much information and 2. They may then ask for a minimal amount from you before they will be able to transfer funds.

Thank you very much for posting this discussion here. I have not received one of these types of scam messages yet, but from all the responses and advise you have gotten I now know that this is a scam and I know how to react if I get one. Delete it and report it to the authorities. For instance: spam@ uce.gov

What you have received in your Yuwie message is very similar to the type of spam emails that alot of people receive every day, several times a day. Generally, the person in the email or message is someone who lost their husband or wife, and they are supposed to inherit a very large sum of money. Now maybe the person might say they are very ill or in the hospital with not much time to live. What they will also indicate is if you help them in some way to have access to their inheritance, they will give you a share of it for your trouble. RED FLAG. Do not reply to these emails or messages. Do not give any of your personal information to the senders of these emails or messages.

Definitely a scammer. If she really wanted to leave you the money she could put you in her will. End all communication with this woman. Now.
