Paypal war versus PTC?

Hi guys i have notice about paypal is against PTC site, and change is policy, so this site must find another way to pay, do you know this news?

bux.to are affected too, and its one i've joined, now i will wait their movement for decide the alternative, cause i haven't no idea what alternative is the best at paypal :/

i don't know if this are a god idea, maybe Paypal will block our account if we made a petition?
