India being a bit backward?

Performers r the persons who take the field.COACH can give only ideas and suggestions to improve the quality of cricket which the players play.

no need of a veteran coach...India have to include both young and experienced players... Young players are the most plus point of any team...so we have to build a team with young talents..For this we have to programme deep searches through out the country... But At the same time there is an important role for experienced veteran stars...They give the inpiration and experience to the young also... So we have to made a team with giving importance to this facts...

Hello,Joseph! i personally prefer local coach because they were quite good bats men and bowlers.in my opinion Mohinder Amarnath,Srikant,Kapil Dev,Gavasker,etc.can be better coaches because they were superb players.besides,they will inject the patriotic feeling in to the players which the foreign coaches will be failing.more over the coach has nothing to do with the play.he is simply to formulate the game plan seeing the pitch condition and the players playing in the opposite team.in the past we had seen the coaches were not keen to improve either the batting or bowling technique.the present trio doing quite well in that sense.thank you.

Well, it doesn't really matter if we had Indian or foreign coaches. It depends on how the players feel and adapt. We do have a lot of veterans who could make good coahes but the selectors will not let that happen.
