What determines how much you earn?

How is it decided how much you earn on Mylot? Is there any set rate per discussion post? Is it qualitative or quantitative? If it is qualitative how is the quality judged and by whom?
The point may not be to make money here but if money is being paid out by what standard is it determined?

There really is money to be made on mylot if you spend the time here. If you read the guidelines and faq's you will see that they don't give any set rate for anything we do and it is all basically based on quality. If your discussions are only one liners with nothing to say you will get very few responses and earn less money.

How is the quality determined? One could write a thousand words of drivel and would that qualify as quality? With over 100,000 members surely no one is reading every discoussion and evaluating it.
I am still not clear how this works. Anyone???
