I am experience jet lag and I am wide awake the whole night (now it's 4.30am my time). I thought of forcing myself to sleep and lie in bed for a couple of hours, but it didn't work! So I got annoyed and would rather get up and do something more useful than wasting my life on a bed *laughs*. So I am dedicating my supposed to be sleeping time to mylot.
What about you? Would you dedicate a sleepless night to mylot?

I am kind of doing it almost all the time.4 hours of sleep is more than enough for me.So I can't get to bed easy,so this is where I am when I'm up.Last night it was till 4:30am too.:)

Wow, I am jealous of you! I wish I could sleep only 4 hours, then I would be able to have more time to finish my projects or spend more time around here! But I am a pig, I need to sleep at least 8 hours to feel normal!

Its all in the mind, if you convince your mind that 4 hours is enough, you can do it.All you need to do is believe.Your body will listen to your mind.Good luck:)

Wow I will definitely try that! Thanks for the advice and I do believe that brain is a very powerful thing! I start to sleep for 6 hours only now and it seems that I am doing ok!

Hello wondericequeen,
You know me very well. Of course, I won't think twice on what to do if I have a sleepless night. Rather than looking emptily at the ceiling, I should spend my sleepless night here. At least, I can make money and meet those people who share the same problem with me *laughs*

Right, yes I know you would do that! Actually I remember your previous discussions mentioned that you were working on here at "odd hours" *laughs*.

I always log on to mylot whenever i have these sleepless nights... but since i don't have internet connection at home... i use my cell phone... the problem is i cannot respond or start a discussion with it... so i just browse around and read discussions that i intend to look for and respond to the minute i log on to mylot using the laptop...

Wow, interesting! I don't usually get on the computer when I can't sleep (I know I will work till dawn comes once I sit there), but I guess it's a good thing to catch up around here.

Yes *laughs*. I am getting back to the normal time since last night and I am really happy about it! Since I will be in and out in the next few days catching up with my friends and stuff, I get up exceptionally early to be around here more! *smiles*

I have always had a hard time sleeping at night. It takes me quite awhile to fall asleep. I get on mylot late most nights. Even if I am not answering discussions, I save them into my favorites so I can respond to them the next day. I have been doing that quite a bit lately. That way, when I do have time to sit and post I have a whole list to start with.

Thanks for the tips! It's a great idea! I think I will "copy" your idea too! It's more efficient for the next day and sometimes I just don't feel like typing!

The last 2 nights have been sleepless nights and Mylot ended up with my full attention. :)
I didn't have internet access for a few months until just a few days ago. Once I logged back in here and came across some old friends, it was hard to tear myself away from the site and my emails. I've spent so much time reading through old discussions to see what I've missed. Next thing I know, it's morning already.

That's exactly what I meant! I was away for the past three or four months and now I am still catching up with my friends around here.

all the time. sometimes an hr, sometimes a lot more and then sleep until noon. in winter I am always anxious and not in my best condition. so it gets worse in winter than in other seasons where I already have trouble sleeping

Whenever I can't sleep late at night I will spend this time on mylot. I could do other productive things around the house during this time, but I really don't want to. LOL My mind may be awake, but my body isn't and I'm afraid I would cause more harm than good around the house, so I go here instead. :P LOL

That would not be me you are describing, but I have been known to sit up too long squishing dynosaur eggs in that perturbingly addictive online game called Dynomite! I like to sew all night but we live in a condo and that might annoy the neighbors, for as quiet as my machine is, any kind of motor seems so loud in the still of the night. I do get up and draw a while sometimes if I have gone to bed and don't feel like sleeping. I hope you are feeling better soon!

When I looked into the mirror just now, I realize that I am turning into a zombie *laughs*. It's fine, my body is tired by I feel great though knowing that today I will catch up with my dad and one of my friends. *smiles* Can't wait to talk talk talk!

Yes, I didn't have a job and there were no openings I qualified for, so I stayed up all night and got 79 cents-my all time high earning. I hope some day to get $1.00.

Yup. I've had a few this winter, and passed the night hours on the internet. It's always a lot harder for me to fall asleep in winter.

I guess because it's too cold! I usually sleep like a baby when the time comes but I just can't for the past two days. Hopefully I could get back to normal hour really soon!
