random acts of kindness

I used to be huge on this, making sure I did something every day to make someones life easier or just to make them smile. somewhere along the way I stopped thinking about it, but today I was reminded by something I read and have vowed to start again. My favorites act of kindness is one that is so easy and completely free so anyone can do it...SMILE AT A STRANGER! seriously. you'de be amazed what this can do for you and the other person. just simple eye contact and a smile can make a huge difference. so...whats your favorite act of kindness?

Lent a banknote to the guy before me at the fuel machine... his 5 euros was not good for the machine, I just passed him a smoother one and smiled without saying a word.... took his crispy 5 euros of course, and put my smooth 10 euros into the machine...

that sounds like a good one. I like to do something similar for little kids at a vending machine when they don't have enough change. thanks for the response!
