Have you ever been tazed? or seen someone get tazed with a tazer?

I have one, my ex gave it to me for walking to work in the dark when i worked nights. I have never tried to taze myself, but other people have used mine to taze themselves. like in the legs and stuff. Anyone have any stories about a tazer and drunks? or a tazer and the police, although i guess that one wouldn't be funny!

Hey Lil Sis, Those things are not toys. Even the little ones can carry quite a kick.
I have the biggest legal size you can carry without a concealed weapons license and there is no way I would ever use that thing on myself. I certainly would not let anyone play with it.
If you tazed yourself with it, you would not be able to let go until it ran out of juice. By that time your muscles would be jelly and you probably would have peed yourself. Not funny.
It is good that you have one for walking in the dark to work. Just make sure that as with all weapons, you are prepared to actually use it. You know how to use it. You have it out in your hand and turned on ready to use before you are in trouble. And once again, You are absolutely sure you are mentally prepared to actually use it.
I know you wanted funny stories about idiots who tazed themselves. Well I do know some but I cannot use the anatomical words on Mylot that were affected by the tazer. It would ruin the story if I had to tell it with a hundred bleeps in it.

Thanks adoaniah :) i think we have similar stories, and i choose not to mention where those people tazed themselves either. Idiots! I dont use it anymore i live in a small town, and i rarely go out after dark anymore now that i have a child, its up in my closet with no batteries in it, up HIGH. Just in case.
this one has a safety thing on it, i have seen people taze themselves and be able to let go, maybe it is a really low wattage or something :)

Hey Lil Sis, Thanks for Best Response. Yeah, I guess if you have little ones you do have to put it away. My kids were long gone before I ever got one.
I carry mine with me all the time. Where I live is a bit disgusting. I am not afraid of these jerks. I find them disgusting. I do not know where people get the idea that they can get into anothers space just because.

Actually one of my friends took a tazer and then tazed his lega few times because he thought it would be "fun" It was actually pretty funny he fell everytime he did it lol.DOn't know why he did it 3 times in a row but I guess he liked getting hurt lol...

my oldest son was tazed 3 times and never felt it at all this story is too sad to go into and too personal
