well the weather is getting much cooler and as I walk past my tomato bush that was a monster on my way to the post box, I find that ity is really droopy. What a shame as it must have gotten frosted. I retrieved a few nearly ripe ones to add to some chili my friend made, but it sure made me sad. That bush is a volunteer, and I have gotten a real amount from it in the summer. It survived the lasy winter and was ever so healthy. I intended to nurture it over this winter as well. We have rain predicted in the forcast so that will keep the temps above freezing. I will have to watch when the weather clears up again though and maybe figure a way to cover it if is forcast to be clear and cold. I saw a blog on some other flowers , but since I am so new here I just couldn't find it to reply. So here id my little contribution to the cause. Be well & warm friends, adinkle
