I think I need to know what type of chocolate.
Do you want to make milk, semisweet, bittersweet, Swiss,Dutch etc.
I would think coacoa, butter, sugar, would be needed.
If you're diabetic, I sure hope you can substitute a sugar substitute.
OTOH I heard and read how they are so unhealthy. namely Splenda and
Nutrasweet. Of course these findings are controversial. I suppose a diet spread could be used to save fat calories.
Here's a recipe for chocolate squares from a diabetes cook book.
I gather it could be used for anyone watching their carbs.
3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon boiling water, 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 cup diet buttery spread, 1/2 cup reduced sugar pancake syrup, 2 eggbeaters, 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Its very easy....... get a package of semi-sweet chocolate squares, and a package of ready to eat nuts, like almonds or even peanuts.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave oven then spread the nuts evenly in the bottom of a pan, and pour the melted chocolate over the nuts.
Let the mixture cool and break it up. Don't eat it all up at once.
