It just depends on who you are working with. Effort on your part and effort on his or hers matters. Be interested in your partner, show them attention. Be genuinely sincere in making them feel better. Everybody has things they like, it isn't rocket science but it is a delicate situation. Also just spend quality time together dong things that help bring the day or night to it's highest point, don't think too much just be.
