If I am a person who does not believe in God how will you convince me, by hook or by crook, that there is a God? A God who cares for me and loves be beyond my wildest imagination. Could you really convince someone who could barely eat three square meals a day that God really cares?

If you are a rational person, I do not think anyone can convince you that god exists with real and objective proof. Believers rely on faith and not logic - and they expect you to do so. On a related note, it really does not matter whether God is real enough to care for you; look around you and you will realise many REAL people around you cares for you - there is no need to look further to a God that may or may not exist. Finally, good luck - hope you will earn enough to feed yourself and family.

Thanks I do could feed my family. God has indeed provided for us. God will be real for you my friend if you will allow him to reveal himself to you. Open your heart to him and he will become real to you. Look beyond the goodness in people and you will see a God of love who placed the good in each of us. He planted it in our heart in the first place.

God exists, there is no other way i could have put it; we all have a choice to either believe that or not, no one can see God with the optical eyes because God is a Spirit. The fact that you can not see the wind does not negate the fact that the wind exist, and how do you know? Because you feel and sometimes hear its sound, then you say the wind is blowing. So also, you can feel God, hear God and know that He exist. Faith is that evidence that God exist, but you can say you dont have faith,oh yes you do!, it takes faith for you to even post this message on mylot, because you cant see anybody but you know that someone somewhere must reply to your post if you post something. This is an act of faith not just reason!

If you are completely anti-God, refusing to open your mind to different possibilities, it'd be pointless to argue with you about His existence. Your believing or disbelieving doesn't make Him any less real. But the most beneficial way to convince an unbeliever would be to live in a godly, holy manner, recognizing a higher power in your life while retaining a strong sense of honest humility.

I am indeed very open to any possibility. I have studied many religions, different ones. Probably I know much more about religions than most believers, which only take "things for granted" assuming their parents' beliefs are the only deserving knowledge, the only really and absolutely true. The common problem of all religions is: they all claim to know the ONE truth via a holy book, and there are many of those books, but they all show a dramatic lack of evidence. Saying that God's existence is postulated into the bible is an auto-referential proof. The bible has is more legitimate than the Ilyad and the Odissey. I am very open to any manifestation of a supernatural God; but I still haven't seen one.

No, God is imaginary. As well as Lucifer is. There is so much on this earth to believe in: love, human potentialities, friendship, intelligence... why waste a single minute of your life believing or worshipping and IMAGINARY god? Whatever name it takes... You can prove that God exist, but you can prove that it exists IN YOUR IMAGINATION ONLY.

remember GENESIS 1:1 it sayS: IN THE BEGINNING GOD created the heaven and the earth.so, you have to believed in GOD because, you created according to his image. GENESIS 1:26

You seem to be contradictory if you don't believe in God why are all your key words if traced to their roots are all linked to God. The meaning of Lucifer is the covering cherub, the concept of hell comes from the Bible. I think you do believe in God you just don't want to admit it.

I do not think that anyone can convince someone else of Gods existence. Whether or not you believe in a God(s) is a personal choice.

who made you? You would say that it's your parents? But if I ask, 'who made your parents' you'd say their parents. And as we push further what would you say? So if we push further for the dust, air, sunlight, energy etc. what do we finally arrive at? At the most one might say Big Bang... but we know that time is finite, matter is finite. We cannot push time and matter or space to infinity for the reason that they are not infinite categories. so time, space and matter have beginning. I think it is more rational to say that God is the maker or creator of time, space and matter than to say that matter, time and space began to exist on their own.
