What if you feel like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed. It's like you feel moody and you do not even know why. What do you do on those days that you are moody? How do you manage this? :)

When I feel moody and I do not know why or there is no good reason for it. I turn on my gospel music and start dancing around, acting silly, and thinking about God's goodness and that moodiness goes out the window.

I have had days like this and don't know why. I try my besy to change my mood but sometimes it just doesn't work. I think it has alot to do with the way things are in life and the same daily struggles we all have to deal with. I just try to make the most out of each day and pray that the next day is better.

I am not really the moody type but there are occasions that I wake up on the wrong side of the bed. In cases like this, I sit around for a while and drink my favorite coffee and savor the taste. This way, I will be reporting for work with less negative feeling.

Usually when I wake up moody, it means that I went to bed moody too and I usually know why. SOmetimes though, I am a bit down for no apparent readson - although of course there is a reason -. I'm not sure how I manage. SOmetimes as the day goes by I feel better, sometimes doing something I enjoy - if I can - makes me feel better too. If it's a work day, I seem to put whatever is getting me down on hold until work is over. SOmetimes I do nothing. I guess it really depends but I don't know on what :)

Well this happens to me often, I have what is called PMDD, it is a mood altering illness [to say the least] so for one week out of the month it feels like the world is going to end in my eyes.I refuse to take prescripted meds, because of the side effects, so I have been learning ways to cope and vent on the bad days.Meditation and yoga are both very good, herbal teas are good, long walks, hot baths..there are a number of ways to rid yourself of the blues...and for me so far so good :) Hope your day gets better :)

I don't feel moody today but I did feel like that a few days ago, It wasn't just moodiness though I was super restless, Like I couldn't find anything to do to occupy myself. Was driving me nuts, But I finally got out and did some swimming, something we haven't done in awhile and then I went shopping yesterday and now I feel much better. But when I do get moody I find it helps to go for a walk, the release of endorphines in your body actually makes you feel better.
