Yeah, i get headaches all the time when i eat chinese food. They put something in their food that some people just can't handle. I forgot what it is called, but it's in most of it. My family and I don't eat it to often, because every time we do we end up feeling miserable afterwards. Some people though, that eat it often, get used to what they use and are fine. u just have to become used to the product they use in their foods. God bless

If your getting headaches after eating chinese food it could be a sign that you have a sensitivity to MSG. It's in an awful lot of Chinese food, and I know quite a few people that get anything from little headaches to full blown migraines when they consume the stuff.

LOL. Food never gives me headaches. In fact, I think all food cures my headaches. Maybe it's just me ;)
I have an aunt who always complains that Mexican food gives her headaches though.

I don't really get headaches from eating Chinese food, but tehre was a chain of fast food restaurants where I grew up that would always give me and my friends stomach aches when we ate there. Without completely divulging the name, we'll say that this restaurant was good food with good quality, it was just a place where I would, without fail, get a stomach ache and feel bloated after eating there. It was the theory of one of my friends that it was the massive amount of MSG that they used, but I could never prove it. After a while, it became a running joke between my friends that the food was not right unless it gave you a stomach ache.
