then if you have those 2 elements now you can fit the letter you wrote with the riffs you made for example.
GUITAR & BASS LETTER
TUKU TUKU TUKU TUKU - EVERY BREATH
TUKU TUKU TUKU TUKU - YOU TAKE
sorry its the way i can express the music by words!! xD

i think first you have to write the letter of the song what i always do and it works its go for a walk to the street to the park etc... then i place a white paper in front of me and then i write the things i saw like a boy happy or eating a candy... then i just put the words or idea together. Its not so easy but its a good way

I'm like Mondoh in this. I jam on my guitar, total improvisation, after awhile I notice I play some riffs over and over... Then I write a song around it.

I always write lyrics first and then make music that fits the lyrics. I find this a lot easier than doing it the other way around. Because if you make the music first and then try to find lyrics that fit the music, you often limit the words you can use and sometimes can't fully express your thoughts in the lyrics.
I'm a drummer, so when I jam with my friends I can pretty much just make up stuff right on the spot. I don't know anything about writing guitar riffs. I do know that for soloing on the guitar though, you can often get away with playing random notes on the pentatonic scale and it sounds pretty good when you do that.
