I'm working in an international organization but the problem is, i earn soo little money hence most of the time i feel soo depressed and i have a family to look after. I keep wondering why because i have a diploma and i'm still advancing my career. I'm not sure what to do, i feel soo fed up and soo stressed.

If you're not comfortable in that place were you are... It means there is a place were you are supposed to be confortable, and you haven't found it yet... Get out...! Find that place, but be wise... because you may choose the same or smilar mistake... Or else, ask for an increament and see what the boos will say, you never know... s/he has been waiting for your request... By-the-way, what is the purpose of building a career without happiness or comfort? Think about it...
