Cat Litter - Is Your Cat Picky or Not Picky?

We have a houseful, with 2 Springers and 4 cats, and we love them all! :)
Of the 4 cats, one is female, a senior and she is the queen in her castle.
In the last few years, she has become set in her ways, stubborn, with aches and pains, sort of like dealing with an elder :)
She has decided that she does not like the clay litter anymore. She also does not like any type of scented litter.
Forget about the cedar chips and also the brand of shredded newspaper litter!
I was finally able to find a litter that she was happy with, it is the brand which is the porous silica sand. There is no scent and it is a unique texture and the product absorbs the cat urine so there are no clumps.
Overall, the other 3 cats could care less about which type of litter, so long as they have a place to go if need be!
But in the end, there is always one animal who has got to shake things up! :))
Anyone else experience something similar in their household?

My cats aren't picky about their litter brands, but they are picky about not having too many poo piles in their box. One too many and they show their displeasure by pooing in the sink. 9 times out of 10, we get to the box before that starts, but if they do it, we know to change the box.
We use cedar chips in our boxes. It's cheaper than litter. And less dust!

LOL^_^ your cat sure is sensitive...
we dont have cats at home, but my bestfriend sure has a couple of breeds.
she got this persian cat, very choosy, she wont go play and roll if the litter is played by other cats..
wont play with male cats, just young little female...
sometimes when i try to cuddle her and look at her eyes, she'll act crazy like biting my shoes or my bag^_^
the other cats are very friendly, and not picky, the wont care less if the litter is played by other cats..
