Yes exactly, I agree with you. Morning hours are the time of fresh air. No pollution, no dirt. You can start with your fresh mind and relaxed body after having the night long sleep. We can enjoy morning walk early in the morning and if we get chance to go to the flowery garden especially in spring season, it will cause the double and triple effects of the exercise

I love going to gardens and parks in the morning time and walk on the grass bare foot. It is very soothing

I exercise 6 days a weak and an hour a day so it is enough for me. And as far as it is concerned you should give time to your exercices too so that you become fit and work more efficiently

It usually depends on what I have going on during any given day, but normally it will be good for me to work out in the morning. It's nice to get started with a nice workout to get the day going. Of course, I also like working out before going to bed sometimes. It can also be ebenficial to have a hard workout, then take a shower, and then feel fresh and head off to bed. It can help get me in the mood to sleep to work out and expend all that last minute energy.

I usually workout in the morning...but sometimes when I do not get up early in the morning, I exercise in the evening but not in night before going to bed like you...hehe

I prefer morning because if I will not do it in the morning I will never had a chance to do it any time of the day! hahahhaa....but, when I used to have a job, I always have it after work since I can't catch up doing it with my limited time in the morning!

I do exercises every morning as I wake up and at night before I go to sleep. I just do few stretching. Just to make sure my blood is pumping and flowing smoothly. It affects my health a lot.

I think the same as you. But with a slight difference, I do sport all day long, I run in the morning like two hours and a half and then in the afternoon I go swimming like for three or four hours. But when I can't go anywhere because it is raining and I have to choose when to excercise, then I would choose in the morning too.

I believe that the best sort of exercise is the sort that you build into your daily routine, like walking the dogs or gardening. So there's no real best time for it as you do it when you would do normally.
Personally I'm at my most energetic in the morning so I tend to do most of my chores then, and those include lots of physical activity.
