http://www.scrappleface.com/?p=2869 Do you think the satire warning was necessary? I do. While reading the linked article it did feel as if I might be reading the actual thoughts of former President Bill Clinton. Am I too cynical concerning the possible thoughts of our former President? What are your thoughts concerning this satire?

If a republican would have said something like this then the democrats would be all over them in a heartbeat, not to mention Sharpton and his cronies. Satire or not, this could be considered as a racist type of statement by someone wanting to push it, and Sharpton would be calling for the immediate firing of who ever said it. Satire or not, I believe that these are the true feelings of Clinton and an accurate way to describe the way that they campaign. The mudslinging, truth stretching and taking things out of context in order to deliberately change their meaning are all hallmarks of the Clinton administration anyway, and we have all witnessed this behavior from him and Hillarious since they first began BJ's initial campaign. I think this is more than mere satire... I think it is truth that is trying to be passed off as satire.

"Take the truth and pass it off as satire!" What a marvelous idea. We could and will have a lot of fun with this idea in the future.

"Hillarious" I like that. Most of the time I hear her called Hitlery.

I actually saw the satire and humor in it. No warning necessary IMO. If you are offended by it, then quit reading and let it go. Too many people take something like this, twist it and before you know it, Jesse Jackson is invovled calling for someone's head.

Seriously, a satire warning would have been necessary for me except for the source. This site is known for satire. While this is hilarious, it is probably very close to the truth, if Bill Clinton were to speak the honest truth.

I could see him saying that if he wasn't too busy chasing some intern while his wife was off campaigning.

LOL! Thank you for turning me on to this website red! THe article was hilarious, depending on your sense of humor! I used to like Bill, but the last few weeks I have seen a side to him that I wished I hadn't. Now I see why him and Hillary have lasted so long together.

Many people assume the Clinton's stay married as a sort of mutual insurance policy in that spouses can not testify against each other.

It puts racial descrimination out of the picture If white politicians are fit for mud slinging, so are black ones. Everybody has to duck just the same.

Yes! Also, if a black politician is the favored candidate to win, how are people going to continue to maintain that this nation won't give a black person a chance?

I think some have already confused it with the truth. It's kinda funny, but also just another cheap shot. Of course Obama should be treated like any other political opponent, and if he wasn't that would be another opportunity to attack the Clintons. I don't think they are being particularly unfair to Obama. Nothing compared to the tactics of Rove and others that got Bush into the White House (against McCain, Kerry and others).

I didn't need a warning to know that was satire but I know it's the new national pass-time for some to trash the Clintons so have a good time. I almost wish I could do that and forget about all the havoc Bush has wreaked on this country and the world with his lies and cowboy mentality. I'm not at all happy with the mud-slinging that's been done in this campaign, don't get me wrong, but nobody has ever been the target of more dirty politics than Bill Clinton. I know you guys here disagree with me, but that's OK. That's what I like about myLot; I usually can state an opinion different from someone else's here without getting attacked for it. Annie

Absolutely! If tables were turned and Michelle Obama was written about the way Clinton was without a warning, there would be rantings everywhere!

The Obama's do seem particularily thin skinned to be in politics. Perhaps, some the offense they take is not genuine.
