Are you afraid of the suntan?

I used to sun bathe a lot when I was young, everyone just had to have a tan but today i am sorry i ever did as i have done damage to my skin, even with lotions getting even a slight tan is doing damage, it is burning your skin, so thank heavens today is is nice not to have a tan.

Hi, youless. I am only afraid of getting an suntan if I am already brown enough. I don't want to have a darker complexion. If I was totally pale, it would not bother me if my skin was to get a suntan. I would be glad to have a nice tan. I think having an glowing tan is beautiful.

Hi friend, I am really afraid of the suntan at all, so I always put on tshirt with long sleeves whenever I go out during daytime. I hope by doing this could keep my complexion and skin fair and smooth.

I am easy to get suntan as you.And it takes some while to become white again.So in the summer,I won't go out if I don't wear sun cream on my face,body,everywhere exposed to the air.For my skin gets red easily under sunshine. Maybe it sounds crazy,isn't it? But I like white skin.I think most Asian people prefer white skin.

I do not tan, I burn! I would love a nice looking tan, but I hate burning, so I apply sunblocks whenever possible. I am already blessed with light colored skin, so I do not need whitening lotions and creams. I am content with my God given skin color. If I had another skin color and it were darker and more easily tanned, I would have accepted and loved myself for what I am too.

I am very white, and like having a bit of a tan. I know that everyone is worried about it these days, but I still enjoy being a little darker then WHITE! I can't imagine having people want to be lighter.

Yes, hehehe.. I hate being under the heat of the sun. Just let me walk for how many kilometers without the heat of the sun just don’t ask me to when it’s burning hot outside even if it’s just a block away hehehe.. I love beaches because I love swimming, not sun-tanning. I prefer going there when it’s about to rain.

When I was younger I would love to get a suntan and would spend hours in the sun. Now that I know better I dont sit in the sun anymore.LOL And if Im in the sun I will wear a hat and put sun tan lotion on.

Hi youless! Here in our country, there are a lot of whitening soaps, lotions and even pills to make your skin whiter but I do prefer my own color complexion. I am contented with it and although I easily get tanned, it is alright because just like you after a few days and weeks, my skin color will go back to normal anyways. Take care and have a nice day! :)
