Still having pogo tech issues. :(

Do any of you pogo players know if there is a phone number for pogo tech? I have written them and all I get is it seems like an automated reply.
If I go to play a game I can get there. In games where you can set up your own table and make it private, I can do that but as soon as it loads to play that is when it freezes up and won't do anything.
I have the latest version of sun java, new computer so it is not over loaded with things. Cache is clean, temp files taken care of, java is checked to use in IE tools.
When I get reply from pogo it is as if I am telling them I can't play on pogo at all, not getting an answer for my question.
Any suggestions or any one have a phone number for them?

Do you have a pop-up blocker on? Mine did that about a year ago and that's what my problem was.

Also (I just thought about this) I had to uninstall all java on my computer and re-install it. You might of gotten a bad file from somewhere or something. Let me know if that works! Good luck.

I have pop up blocker but have all of my pogo site allowed. I have no problem with things popping up in pogo that should. When I set up a private table it comes up then stops before everything comes up. If I go to play now it takes me to a room and I can play or I can play in any room as long as I don't set up a private table.
