What do you think of Myspace?

Well, I just canceled my account yesterday. I don't think there is anything wrong with it, but I just don't really like it that much. I think it is a bit overrated.

I like myspace to, You can talk to all of your friends and look at videos and talk in chat rooms and post photos. The only thing I don't like about it is to much spam, and the creeps on myspace are CRAZY, I had to block so many people its not even funny. If I could change one thing about myspace it would be you can't spam.

You know, I am on myspace daily! I love that web site and use it as a means not only to keep in touch with old friend, but for making new ones as well. And yes, I can see where people would complain about it ruining relationships, but....!!! It's not myspace that ruins their relationships, it's their partners! No one has to cheat or seek out opportunities to cheat. That's 100% the fault of the person doing the seeking. I have a great time keeping in touch with friends and family members on there. I even got back in touch with one of my best friends from younger days that I had lost touch with over the years and we're tighter than ever because of it!

i have never heard that...anything on the net can ruin a marriage if someone lets it... but about myspace, i think its alright. it seems to be for people who are into music. facebook seems to be more popular.

i love myspace, but people are crazy. idont think its myspace thats the issue its the people on it. every one can be a stalker and a freak and the fact that you can be anyone online makes it easier to bring those crazies out.

Much like other social networking websites, My Space is what it is. Those people who are insane and can use My Space to further a vendetta. However, like much everything else, it is not everyone. Still social networking in general and those types of websites can be quite the tricky one to say the very least. Still it has ruined lives, but only for people who are vindictive. You'd find that on the Internet in general, but that does not mean the Internet is bad.

I like Myspace for using it to find local bands. But for everything else, I prefer Facebook. It is just cleaner. I can't quite explain all the reasons why either. It's just that you use one and then the other, and you come out thinking, why use MS when you can use FB. At least that is how I felt. I guess a lot depends on where you live. A lot of our friends from the Philippines prefer Friendster. i would probably be just fine with friendster, except I might have one or two frinds on that, whereas I know a lot of people on FB, and am real life acquaintances with literally hundreds.

i actually love myspace. i am on there almost everyday to talk with people that i haven't seen in years. i grew up in los angeles and now live in houston and the vast majority of my friends are away from me. i think that its a quick and easy way to reach out to people. and it can be a fun place to be if you are careful about who you become "friends" with.

myspace is wack to me i dont like it.... its just a place to go and talk trash and view pplz stuff i dont think anything of myspace ... i hate it when people say oo y is she infront of me or y is he infront of me all i tell them is chit its a darn internet page shut ya face..

I don't have a Myspace account. I do know of other who do. Some have them up with pictures of families. Some to meet people. Some just are a bit too much. I don't think the site ruins marriages or relationships. It's when one is on it to actually meet men/women outside the relationship/marriage that the problem comes. If my husband had an account and I wasn't aware, it would be trouble in the camp when I found out. Like I say, I know people who do have accounts. If I were single I may have one. Just have no interest in it at this point.

I hate Myspace! I don't understand any of it.. I mean, you can't do much, and the layout is bad. Facebook and myLot owns it badly..
